With a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Católica do Salvador and a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Mr. Agle has over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking and infrastructure industries. He was Executive Vice President of Grupo Andrade Gutierrez and CEO of AG North America. He also served as Executive Director of BTG Pactual, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. Previously, he worked at General Motors. Throughout his career, he has participated as a member of several entities, such as FIEB (Federation of Industries of Bahia) and ANBID (National Association of Investment Banks)
